Men’s Health Week 2017 was titled Hazardous Waist.
It looked at the risk of belly fat pointing out that men with a waist measurement over 37 inches (94cm) are at increased risk of diabetes, heart disease, cancer, stroke and erection problems. (If it’s over 40 inches (102cm), you’re at a considerably increased risk.) The measurement is not the same as your trouser size. Measure your stomach at the belly button.
I wrote the copy and designed the icon and the materials as ever to the tightest of tight deadlines.
